GADADU’s third full-length album features songs sculpted through many live performances with the band’s current configuration: voice/viola, trumpet, tenor sax, keys/synths, electric bass and drums. It was recorded at the band members’ homes in New York and Arizona in 2020 and 2021.
We’re excited to be partnering with AMP Music & Records (Oslo, Norway) and Gold Bolus (New York, USA) for the release.
In a world of heavily systematized and regulated media content, we wanted to go beyond what you're supposed to think and believe - to a creative wilderness. Rather than sitting inside and letting those forces tell you what to like, this album is about going outside those paradigms and seeing for yourself. The Weatherman can tell you it will rain, but you don't know it till you feel it.
